Designed by the esteemed Bobby Weed, with PGA TOUR player Chi Chi Rodriguez as a consultant, this 18-hole, par 71 course is renowned for its challenging layout and stunning natural beauty. Since its opening in 1991, TPC Tampa Bay has received accolades such as a 4 ½ star rating from Golf Digest and recognition as one of the top five golf courses in Florida by Florida Golf Magazine.

This award-winning course was built to host professional tournaments and has proudly served as the venue for the PGA TOUR Champions event for 21 consecutive years. It weaves through an impressive landscape of natural wetlands, cypress heads, and lagoons, offering golfers not just a game, but an immersive nature experience. The diversity of wildlife, including sandhill cranes, deer, foxes, otters, alligators and variety of exotic bird species, underscores its status as one of only two courses in Tampa Bay to have been designated an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

In the summer of 2022, TPC Tampa Bay completed a significant restoration project, enhancing the already spectacular course. The greens were re-grassed with Champion G12, a top choice for superior playability, and the fairways and tees were re-grassed with Bimini Bermuda, ensuring the course remains in peak condition for all players.

TPC Tampa Bay is designed to cater to all levels of golfers. The course ranges from 4,990 yards from the forward tees to nearly 7,000 yards from the championship tees, allowing everyone from weekend warriors to professional golfers to find a suitable challenge.
