The Poconos Club
The Simulators at The Poconos Club bring a year-round indoor golf experience to East Stroudsburg, with four private hitting bays powered by full TrackMan technology. Designed for everyone from first-time golfers to competitive players, the setup combines detailed swing and ball-flight data with virtual golf, games, practice tools, and a comfortable climate-controlled setting.
TrackMan’s radar and camera systems capture a wide range of information in real time, including club path, face angle, ball speed, spin rates, launch angle, and carry distance. That makes each bay useful for much more than simply playing a simulated round. Golfers can work on specific parts of their games, dial in distances, track progress over time, and use the feedback to make more informed adjustments.
The simulators also offer access to a library of well-known courses, including St. Andrews Old Course, Bandon Dunes, and Pinehurst No. 2. Players can compete with friends, take part in closest-to-the-pin and longest-drive contests, work through skills challenges, or simply enjoy a casual round without worrying about weather or daylight.
The space is equally well suited to newer golfers and group events. Beginners and junior players can learn in a lower-pressure environment before heading onto the course, while more experienced players can use the bays for offseason practice, leagues, or club fitting. The lounge also provides a natural setting for watch parties during major golf events and other social gatherings.
The simulator experience is part of a broader round of improvements at The Poconos Club. The property has recently added a renovated clubhouse, updated restaurant and event space, and other facility enhancements aimed at improving both everyday play and group visits.
When the weather cooperates, golfers can also take their game outside on The Poconos Club’s 18-hole championship course. Designed by Jim Fazio, the layout moves through rolling Pocono terrain with mature woods, water features, and noticeable elevation changes. It provides a fitting outdoor complement to the indoor TrackMan experience and gives golfers the option to practice, play, and socialize in one location.
