This Portage Lake-area gem is moving through its 86th season of golf and boasts one of the finest golf facilities in the region. Turkeyfoot Lake Golf Links proudly brandishes its 4-star rating from Golf Digest as well as its storied past of providing Ohio golfers with some of the best greens in the state.

Turkeyfoot Lake Golf Links features 27 holes total, including a traditional 18-hole course and a shorter 9-hole course. The par-72 18-hole track measures out to a fair 6,273 yards from the tips with a course/slope rating of 71/118. To make the game as enjoyable as possible for everyone, Turkeyfoot Lake Golf Club features four unique tee locations to accommodate both that scratch golfer in your league and the weekend warrior next door alike. This old Akron track is known for its fast bent grass greens and lush, undulating Bermuda grass fairways to boot. Provided wayward shots avoid the water hazards, bunkers and assorted hardwoods that frame this 27-hole beauty, you'll find the rough to be fairly playable, allowing for some entertaining approach shots.
