Innisbrook Golf Resort
Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to play where the pros love to play. Home to the PGA TOUR’s Valspar Championship each April, the top-rated Copperhead course welcomes the world’s finest players to compete — and now it’s your turn.
All of Innisbrook’s four signature courses — Copperhead, North, South, and Island — were designed by course architect Lawrence Packard, resulting in a resort-wide consistency in vision and quality. The innovative designs presented by Packard feature elements which harken back to the sandhills and foothills of Georgia and Carolina, a welcome change of pace from typical Florida golf.
The most recognizable of Innisbrook’s four championship courses, Copperhead is striking in both beauty and challenge. The course is always tournament ready and offers the finest in playing conditions year-round. Its pine tree-lined fairways and rolling terrain define the course, promising a lengthy challenge for even the longest hitters at more than 7,300 yards.
Guarded by a large bronze statue of its namesake snake at the entrance to No. 16, the final three holes are known as “the Snake Pit,“ and often pose a great challenge to even the best players. Tournaments have been won and lost here. No. 16, named “Moccasin,” is one of the toughest scoring holes on the PGA TOUR and will test your ability to hit a controlled fade into a very tight fairway. No. 17, “The Rattler,” is a long par-3 that has plenty of bite for the player that misses the green. Your round ends with an all-uphill approach at No. 18, “The Copperhead,” the ultimate challenging finishing hole for a championship course.
Copperhead is truly a standout nationally as one of the TOUR players' “favorite courses to play,” and now it’s your chance to find out why golfers travel from all over the world to tee it up here.
