Though the course's three nines, The Pheasant, The Liberator, and The Roc, are all united by the facility's exceptional conditions and landscape, they each offer their own unique set of challenges that makes them individually formidable in their own way. The first nine, known as The Pheasant, is the most heavily wooded of the three layouts and plays 3,145 yards from the back tees. The par-4 3rd hole is the highlight challenge here, and features almost 400 yards of tight fairway leading to a well-protected green.

The second nine, aptly named The Liberator, is the shortest of the three, and features three testy par-3 challenges – two playing over 175 yards. The final nine, The Roc, is generally viewed as the course's most challenging. Playing an extremely healthy 3,600 yards from the back tees, The Roc features plenty of water that comes into play on more than half of the holes. Though all of the layouts are distinctly different, any combination of these three nines creates a truly one-of-a-kind championship playing experience unlike any other you'll find in the Empire State.
